About Us
Ikamva’s vision is to primarily give back to the community we all come from by ensuring that every household has an educated child or a future leader, no matter the circumstances.
Who We Are?

IKAMVA FUTURE LEADERS NPC is a newly formed and registered non-profit organisation whose intention is to give back to the community, primarily the youth of Ward 29 and its surroundings.
It was borne out of an observation by the founders, of the needs of the youth of Mncane and to give hope that a better future is possible despite the background and environment of where one comes from.
The organisation’s main objectives are to:
- Support underprivileged School Children through projects such as providing them with school uniforms, school shoes, stationery and school fees.
- Support underprivileged School Children through projects such as providing them with school uniforms, school shoes, stationery and school fees.
- Skills Development through training courses in disadvantaged areas to empower the communities with skills.
We intend to engage and partner with similar groups, government departments, government and private organisations and keen individuals to achieve these objectives.

Skills Development
Over the coming years we intend to extend our scope from the schools and younger scholars to the young adults and larger communities through the Skills Development objective by offering training courses in the communities thereby equipping them with a variety of skills.
Career Guidance
We plan to also run workshops such as Career Guidance, Work Readiness Workshops for the Youth and the unemployed to prepare them for the workplace.

Community Agriculture
Some of the future plans and projects involve the revival of agriculture in our communities as food security is in all our hands when we are willing to work the land we have.
Identify The Needs
Ultimately, what we would like to see is that no family goes to bed without food by extending our scope to identify needy families and assist until they are in a position to help themselves.
PARTNERS STAKEHOLDERS BENEFICIARIES
We intend to engage and partner with similar groups, government departments, government and private organisations and keen individuals to achieve these objectives.
Because we understand and appreciate the communities we intend to serve, we value all our stakeholders who are the Communities themselves, the Traditional Leaders and Chiefs, the Schools, Educators, Parents and the Children who are at the core of our existence
